SHIKI's Ceremonial Grade matcha is harvested in Shizuoka prefecture, renowned for producing the highest quality matcha.
This Ceremonial Grade Matcha boasts a natural sweetness without any bitterness, along with a umami flavor that is unique to SHIKI. The deep green color is balanced with a delicate floral sweetness.
For optimal freshness, the Matcha should be used within 6 months of opening and stored in the refrigerator.

I love this matcha, it’s bright green, whisks easily, and doesn’t clump at all! The taste is super smooth, I love it on its own. Also tried making an ice matcha latte and it was delicious!
